こんにちは
「配送が遅い」のでナチュラルという評価をいただき、非常に残念に思います。
下記日本郵便のサイトを見ていただくとわかりますがお支払いいただいた日(日本時間で5/23)の翌日(日本時間で5/24)に郵便局から発送しております。
その後は通関手続きの関係で時間がかかっていることがわかります。
評価の前にお問い合わせいただければご案内できたのですが。
商品が到着したら、評価の変更をお願いすることは難しいでしょうか?

Hello,
you have evaluated me as "natural", because the "shipping was late", which I think is a great pity.
If you check the site of the Japanese post-office shown below, you will see that the item was sent from the post office on the next day (5/24 Japanese time) after you have paid (5/23 Japanese time).
It is clear that after that there will be customs formalities and this takes time.
If you'd inquired about this before you submitted your evaluation, I would have explained this to you.
Will it be difficult if I ask you to change your evaluation after the item arrives to you?

As "the delivery is late", we were rated natural and are very sorry.
As you can see in the webste of Japan Post, the post office sent the next day of the day (May 24th Japan Time) that you made a payment (May 23rd Japan Time).
We found that after that, it takes long time due to the customs clearance.
We could notify it to you if you had inquired about it before you had rated. Is it difficult for you to change the rating after the item arrives?

I noticed that I have received evaluation of Natural for "late delivery", which is quite regrettable.
If you check on the Japan Post website linked below, you can see that it has been shipped out on May 24 (Japan time), the day after we received payment (May 23 Japan time).
You can also see that it is taking time clearing customs.
