弊社からお客様宅に発送した商品が、住所不明で返送されてきました。
再発送することも、キャンセルすることも可能です。
Amazonのシステム上、再発送手数料を請求させて頂くことができませんので
どちらにしても、１度発送に係った費用$15を差し引いた$46.98を、３日後に返金させて頂きます。
問題がございましたら、それまでにご連絡ください。
また、再発送ご希望の場合は、再度ご注文してください。

The item that we sent to you was returned to us by unknown address. We can send it to you again or you can cancel it.
As we cannot charge you the shipping fee when we send it to you again due to the system of Amazon, in either case, we will refund you 46 dollars and 98 cents by deducting 15 dollars as the expense required for 1 sending 3 days later.

We shipped the product to you, but it came back, marked "Address Unknown".
You can choose both the reshipment and the cancel.
