1件めはイギリスの税関に保管されてましたが、お客様がキャンセルを希望したので全額返金しました。
2件目はプエルトリコまでの発送でした。あと1週間ほどお待ち頂くようにご案内してました。そして先日、商品が到着したか確認のメールを送信してます。
もし商品が到着して無ければお客様に返金か再送するか選んで頂き、
