この度はご購入頂いた商品に不具合があったとの事で大変申し訳ありませんでした
確認した所、代替品の在庫がありませんでした
我々が出来る対応方法は以下の2点です。
1、商品を返送頂いた後に全額返金(返送料は我々の負担です)
2、商品を返送頂きソニージャパンに修理を依頼。修理可能であれば完了後に再送します(修理費、送料等は全て我々の負担です)
上記2点の内どちらの対応が良いかお選び頂きご連絡下さい。

I offer my sincerest apology for the inconvenience caused by a defective item you have purchased. When I checked the inventory, it was out of stock.
What we can do is the following:
1. You return the item for a full refund (we pay for the return shipping cost)
2. You return the item to be repaired by Sony Japan. If it’s repairable, we will ship it back after repair. (We pay for the repair fee and shipping fee etc.)
Please let us know which you prefer.

We have checked the stock but there was none that can substitute it.
We can offer you either of the followings.
1. After you return the item, we will issue a full refund (we will cover the return shipping fee)
