今回も大切なアンプや御皿が壊れて送られてきました。
とても悲しいです。丁寧に梱包してくださいと強くお願いしたのですが、アンプが逆さまになっていたり、緩衝材がきちんと入っていませんでした。
私はMYUSの皆さんを信頼しています。しかし毎回、商品が壊れて届きます。
お願いですから、丁寧に梱包して送ってください。もう悲しい思いをしたくありません。お願い致します。

This time also I received the precious amp and plates damaged. It's too bad! I asked you to pack them very very carefull, but it seems that you did'nt. The amp was packed upside down and there was not enough buffer material.
I want to trust you MYUS, but every time I got items in damaged conditions.
