amazonEUで出品してはいけない商品を出品してしまったこと心からお詫びします。多くの出品者とAMAZONに対して迷惑をかけたことについて大変申し訳ありません。
今回多くの出品禁止商品が出た理由としては
csvでの商品アップロードする際のシステム上にて出品商品確認機能にエラーが発生しており、本来の出品してはいけない商品が若干発生していることが挙げられます。

上記問題を改善するために現在以下の管理体制を計画・実行しております。
・商品管理システムの見直し。

The reason items prohibited from listing had been sold this time was because error occurred on listing item check function on system uploading items on CSV, and some items which should be listed had been listed.

We sincerely apologize for selling restricted items on amazonEU. We are very sorry for causing troubles to many other sellers and AMAZON.
The reason for mass spillage of restricted items is the occurrence of system error on the item screening function as items are uploaded in CSV to cause the outflow of the banned items which must not be sold there normally.

We are sincerely sorry that we have put on sale products forbidden by AmazonEU. Please kindly accept our apologies for the trouble caused to the seller and to Amazon.
The reason for the forbidden products to be on sale was due to an error to the product verification function on the system when uploading the product on a CSV format. This has lead to misidentify some products which are forbidden to sell.
