日本ローランドに問い合わせてみました。
GK-3 のピックアップを左右逆（ピックアップのコードが出ているほうが 1弦）でギターに取り付けたときは、システムの DRIVER SETTING にある DIRECTION の設定を REVERSE に変更してください。
ピックアップを左右反対に使用する時は REVERSE 設定してください。
故障ではありません。

When you attach the pick up of GK-3 by left at right and right at left (the part where there is a cord of pick up is 1 cord), would you change the setting of direction at the driver setting of the system to reverse?
If you use the pick up by setting the left at right and right at left, please set it at reverse.
It is not out of order.

When you attach GK-3 pickup left side right (1 string on pick up code sticking out), please change direction setting on driver setting as reverse.
When you use pickup the reverse way, please set it on reverse.
It's not a failure.
