第3条(賃貸借期間)
賃貸借期間は2010年6月1日より2030年5月31日まで満20ヵ年とする。
第4条(賃料)
賃料は月額金2万円とし、毎月末日までにその翌月分を甲に持参または甲の指定する銀行口座に振り込んで支払うものとする。ただし、1ヶ月に満たない月の賃料は日割計算とする。
