ただ、商品を受け取られた際に箱のテープが開封されていた、もしくは商品がひどく汚れていたということでしたら、通関や運送、保管時に開梱された恐れもありますのでご連絡ください。

First of all, I would like to assure you that being equipped with a battery is a normal condition.
Our company ships this product from Japan to the US by air. In accordance with the aviation law the Li-ion battery needs to be shipped along with the equipment.
However, if the box’s tapes were cut open upon receipt, or the product was very dirty, it may have been opened during customs clearance, transit, or storage, so please contact us.
Either way, if you want to return it, please let us know.
