この商品は当社が日本から米国に空輸をしています。Li-ion電池は航空法の理由から機器に同梱して発送することが求められています。
ただ、商品を受け取られた際に箱のテープが開封されていた、もしくは商品がひどく汚れていたということでしたら、通関や運送、保管時に開梱された恐れもありますのでご連絡ください。
いずれにしても返品を希望される際にはご連絡ください。
