当初、すぐに入荷する予定だったのですが、メーカー欠品のため弊社に商品が入荷未定となりました。

弊社が取引している問屋もすべて在庫切れの状態です。

現在、日本中のネットショップや店舗に電話やメールをして、商品を探しております。

明日までに商品がみつからなければ、ご連絡する予定でした。

アメリカから返送された商品が日本に到着するのを待ち、それを再送させて頂くか、

ご返金も視野に入れて頂ければと思います。

I'm sorry for the late response.

We were supposed to get more stock soon at first but because the manufacturer is out of stock, we don't know when we get it.

All the other wholesalers we have connections with are out of stock too.

We are currently calling and emailing all the internet shops and actual stores in Japan to look for it.

We were going to contact you if we wouldn't find it by tomorrow.

We are thinking about waiting for it the returned item to arrive Japan from the U.S. and resend it or offering you a refund.
