If he's going to buy this product there are other sellers besides me that sell it much more cheaply.
If he decides to buy from me I think it will be well over $300.
This is an item I will be selling again around June, so if he buys around that time I think I can sell it pretty cheap then.
The reason the other sellers are so cheap could be that it's leftover stock from a long time ago, or there's a chance that it could just be the June listing price that was posted by mistake.
If I send it through EMS, it will arrive approximately 3-7 days after shipment.

I am afraid if your brother can buy this product from other sellers at price much cheaper than me.
If I would sell this product, the price should be above US$300.
My price would become much cheaper in June when the product would be sold agian.
The reason why other seller can offer cheaper price is because they still has old stocks which has already procured in the past or they might refer to the price in coming June by mistake.
In case I would dispatch the prodcut via EMS (express mail system; courie services by Japan Post Office), it will take more 3 to 7 days for its delivery.
Please transfer these information to your brother.
