人間は人間性が尊重される職場で働きたいと願っている。
ＱＣサークル活動を活用した仕事のやり方は、人間の意志・自主性を尊重し、人間の英知・創造性を発揮させ、活動の過程の話し合いから職場の人間関係が良くなり、楽しく仕事ができ、活力ある職場を実現することに大きく寄与する。
