ＱＣサークル活動を活用した仕事のやり方は、人間の意志・自主性を尊重し、人間の英知・創造性を発揮させ、活動の過程の話し合いから職場の人間関係が良くなり、楽しく仕事ができ、活力ある職場を実現することに大きく寄与する。
今、タガの外れきったかに見える一部の人達に、恥ずかしさやルール、マナーを守る感覚等欠片も無い輩が見うけられる。この国の、物質的に何と豊かで、何と心貧しい姿であろうか。

The way of working by using QC circle activities means to respect a human's will or independence, to make show wisdom or creativity, to change human relationships in the workplace to become good by discussing the process of activities, to make enjoyable to work and to make a contribution to fulfill the lively workplace.
Nowadays, A part of people who look losing all restraint entirely seem to quite lack feeling ashamed, keeping rules and manners. This country is too rich materially, but those groups seem to have too poor minds.
