YouTube APIの利用規約を読むと「YouTubeの動画を再生するページに広告が無ければ問題ない」と記載されています
あなたのPluginのポップアップする動画をHTMLに埋め込むことができればおそらくサムネイルページには広告を表示することができると思います

It is basically not possible to use the API and Adsense of YouTube at the same time, but when I read the usage terms of the YouTube API, it indicates that "there are no problems as long as there are no advertisements on the YouTube video playback page". If you can embed the pop-up video of your plugin into the HTML, then I think you can probably display advertisements in the thumbnail page.
