Due to the fact that you have decided to us your own carrier, a $5.00 per instrument fulfillment fee has been applied to the order. Your available store credit is $500.00. You can add up to 4 additional electric violins for a total of $476.00 (includes the $5.00 fulfillment fee) and your new balance will be $24.00. You may apply the $24.00 store credit to a future order or you may add accessories to your current order.
Unfortunately, the 4/4CEVN-2NA did not pass the quality control therefore it is not available to ship at this time. We are expecting a new shipment to arrive on or around December 11th. Please let us know if you are willing to wait for the new shipment or if you would like to change to a different style or color.
Please see the attached copy of your invoice, I have also attached the information you will need to do a wire transfer.
