このたびは、商取り引きの基本とも言える信頼に関わる致命的ミス、
度重なるご迷惑をおかけしまして誠に申し訳ございませんでした。
弊社では6ヶ月間という長期間に渡り知的財産権の問題について全力で調査し、
原因追求を行ってきました。
大きな原因としては販売代理店契約していないメーカー商品を多数出品していたこと、取り扱いカテゴリーが多すぎ管理が不十分であったことがあげられます。
弊社にて独自に知的財産権に抵触するメーカーを確認し全て出品を削除致しました。
