本日、C32を受け取りました。早速、確認してみたのですが、スピーカーから全く音が出ないのですがどういうことでしょうか？セッティングミスかと思い、ほかのアンプで試してみましたが、他のアンプでは問題なく作動しました。両方ともチャンネルから全く音が出ません。ヘッドホンで聞くと、わずかに、聞こえるくらいです。ご回答願います。

Today I received C32. I tried it out right away to confirm it worked, but there was no sound coming from the speakers at all. Why is this? I thought it was a setting mistake and tried it out with another amp, but on the other amp it functioned without any problems. On both of them there is no sound at all coming from the channel. If I listen using headphones, I can very faintly hear something. Please reply concerning this problem.

I received the C32 today. I tried it out immediately, but couldn't get any sound at all out of the speakers. Do you know what the problem might be? Thinking it might be some mistake in the set up, I tried it with other speakers, but it worked fine with the other amp. I got absolutely no sound through either channel. If I listen with headphones I can hear some faint sound. Please let me know what you think.

I received the C32 today. Please confirm immediately, but did you mean that there is absolutely no sound from speakers?
May be it must be a setting mistake, I tested the amplifiers too, but they are working fine.
There is also absolutely no sound from both the channels. But when I tried hearing it using a headphone I was able to hear it slightly.
