Expected effect and results are "hair growth, prevention of thinned hair, itching, hair loss, encourages hair emergence and growth, scuff, post disease and childbirth hair loss" etc.
Due to characteristics of the item, main purpose is to prevent these.
Therefore cure is not the aimed goal.
