I left feedback to you by mistake because I bought same item from other seller. It was my mistake.
The Item I bought from you arrived broken after that. Saucer was not enclosed. This is the fact. I took the item's photo. If it is needed, I will send the photo to you. Please refund me my money at once. If you don't accept it, I will report this to resolution center. Thank you.

Since I purchased the same item from a different seller, I mistakenly left the feed back to you. It was my mistake. After that your item was delivered broken and its saucer was missing. It is the fact. I even took pictures. I can send them if needed.
Kindly refund soonest. If not, I would report this to resolution center.

I put the feedback to you in mistake since I have bought the same item by the other seller. This was my failure. The item from you was in broken condition and saucer was not contained. This is a fact. I've took the picture of it too. I will send it to you if desired. I ask you the immediate payback. I will report it to the problem-solving center in case you don't accept. I look forward to your reply.
