I have received the pen on 28th April. At that time, I have confirmed the product and it looked like pretty normal from the surface. However, on 20th May, I have tried to use the pen by filling ink, but it has broken with the lever being detached. I did send you a photo of the situation of the product and I was wondering if you check the item. I would like to fix it, instead of returning the pen to you.
