今回新規出品としてアップロードしたファイルについて伺います
既存のSKUを使用したため、商品情報が上書きされることなく、エラーとして除かれる事もなく、価格情報だけが上書きされていました。
同じSKUで商品を新規出品してしまったのは私達のミスですが、ASIN等の情報はそのままで、価格だけ上書きされたのはシステムエラーによるものでしょうか？
私達は購入されてしまった注文についての対応を教えて欲しいです。どうするのがベストの対応でしょうか？これはセラーレイティングに影響するのでしょうか？

As existing SKU was used item information was not overwritten, not excluded as an error, but only the price information was overwritten. It is our fault to have newly listed items with same SKU, but information like ASIN etc did not change and only the price was overwritten, was that caused by a system error?
We'd like you to inform us how you will handle already purchased orders. What is the best solution? Does this affect seller rating?
