[Subchのコンセプト]
日本発のカルチャーが「クール・ジャパン」と呼ばれていますが、その中核をなすべきマンガの多言語化は、そのニーズに比べてあまり進んでいないのが実情です。
漫画が翻訳される言語は英語、スペイン語、フランス語、ドイツ語、中国語をはじめとする”メジャーな言語”に集中しており、“マイナーな言語”を母国語とする人々がマンガを楽しむには日本語、または“メジャーな言語”を習得する必要があります。

The Let's overcome the wall of language! The Manga Translation Platform [Subch] is now open to use.
The concept of [Subch]
The culture around Japan is called "Cool Japan", and the core of this should be Mangas translated into differen languages. But the reality is, that compared to the needs, there are not many Mangas translated.
The main languages in which Mangas are translated are English, Spanish, French, German and Chinese and most Mangas translations concentrate only on those languages. If people speaking a minor language as a languages in which Mangas are translated are English, Spanish, French, German and Chinese and most Mangas translations concentrate only on those languages. If people speaking a minor language as a mother tongue want to enjoy Mangas, they need to learn Japanese or one of the majority languages.

If just one user having an obscure language as their mother tongue is able to translate, all users of the language will be able to read manga in their own language - this is what Subch aims for.
Thanks to this service, the best manga content in the world will be possible to be made available for the enjoyment of people throughout the world.

■翻訳する：著者が翻訳許諾したコミックを、FacebookアカウントでログインしたSubchユーザーがランダムに表示されるページ上の日本語を各種言語に翻訳することができます。
翻訳参加者は完成したマンガの最終ページに翻訳協力者（Ambassadors）として名前が刻まれます。
現状、英語への翻訳のみですが、今後、対応言語を拡充し、世界中全言語への対応を予定しています。
■ レビューする：翻訳されたテキストに対してユーザーがGoodまたはBadを付けることで翻訳の品質を管理します。

Translation participants are credited as the Ambassadaors on the last page of the translation completed manga.
So far, the translation is limited into English only, but also we plan to extend supports to other languages.
■review: in order to maintain the translation quality, each user can review the translated text as "Good" or "Bad".
*NOTE: limited in the comics the author permitted to translate.

-Translating Mangas: Subch users who log in to the Facebook account can translate the comics in Japanese, which an author gives permission to translate on the page that are randomly displayed into various languages.
The names of translation participants will be listed as collaborators (ambassadors) on the last page of Manga.
Currently, the comics are translated only to English, but we plan to expand the corresponding languages in the future to every language in the world.
