また、商品に関しても、動いていたひとつを一晩通電させていただけで、故障してしまった。商品の汚れから余程劣悪な状態に置かれていたと思える。

また、これほどのジャンクを送りつけながら、受け取ってからしか金は返さないという姿勢も納得できない。即、全金額を返済するなら、なるべく安い方法で戻す気ではいる。

First, although it has nothing to do with regards to the shipping outside the US, but since the packaging is crude, there are also cases of products clattering on the inside. This is not a problem with the delivery system. This is your responsibility.

In addition, with regards to the product, I turned one unit on overnight and it broke down. It seems that the product has been contaminated and placed in a very poor condition.

Plus, by sending out this kind of junk, I cannot accept that "the money can only be refunded upon receipt" attitude. If you are refunding the whole amount immediately, you would have to use the cheapest method.

First, you mentioned that you have nothing to do with shipping outside of US, but looking at the package done so badly: actually it was moving inside of the package when you shake it, this is not simply a transportation problem but your responsibility of packing.

In regard the item itself, one which was functioning was broken when I kept the power on for one night. I see dirt on the item, and assume how badly it was kept.

Finally, by shipping a item which I call junk, and saying only refundable when the item arrives to the warehouse, which is not understandable. If you are willing to refund all, I will be sending you back with the lowest cost possible.

First of all, it is not the matter of shipping system. Some of the packages were so poorly packed and the products inside could be easily damaged( I could hear the rattling sound of the products inside the boxes.) While you are saying that you have nothing to do with shipping outside US, apparently it is your responsibility.

Secondly, as for the products, I tried turning on the electricity for one of the items not damaged just for one night and it stopped working. Judging from the stains and scratches on the products, I have to think that they had been stored in a pretty bad conditions.

Finally, I can't understand your claim of not giving full refund unless you get back the items. You are the one who sent me such junk products. I am willing to send them back as cheaply as possible if you give me full refund immediately.

Firstly, you are telling that you have nothing to do about the shipment outside of US, but there are some products which generates the clattering sound from inside because of rudely packing. This is not the issue of the transporting system, but your responsibility.

In addition, one of the operational product was failed by only turning on the power for a whole night. I suspect from the stain stuck to the products that the storage condition was considerably poor.

Furthermore, although you sent me this garbage like products, I cannot accept your attitude of saying that you will not issue the refund unless they are not returned. If you are willing to issue a full refund, I will return them by the rather cheaper shipping method.
