管理画面でカテゴリーのSlugを変更しても実際のURLが変更されません。
管理画面やデータベース内の値は変更されているので参照先が間違っていませんか?
キャッシュを削除しても駄目でした。
たぶんURLの参照先がslugではなくnameの欄を参照している気がします。
