私がキャンセルをしたいと言った理由は以下の2点です。
1 商品が破損して送られてきた。(画像を送ります)
その画像を見て、あなたは箱が壊れているだけだと言うかもしれませんが、日本では箱も商品の一部です。
2 送料が高すぎる。そして、毎回関税がかかる。
これではせっかく安い商品をあなたの国から買っても、日本に来た時には高いものになってしまいます。
また、送料が高くて商品が破損したのでは全く必要性を感じません。
以上の2点を改善していただければ再考の余地はあります。

The two reasons I would like to cancel are following:
1. The item arrived was damaged. (please see attached picture)
As you look at the picture, you might say that it was only box that is damaged. However, the box is a part of product in Japan.
2.Too expensive shipping cost, in addition to the custom fee for every time.
Even though I purchase inexpensive items from your county, it will be expensive by the time it finally arrives in Japan.
On top of the damage, paying expensive shipping fee does not make sense to me to continue to using your service at all.
If you can improve these two points, I may re-consider using your service.

The reasons why I want to cancel my order are:
1) I've received a damaged product (I'm sending you a picture)
Looking at the picture, you could say that what's broken is the box, not the product in itself, but the box is still something you're selling, at least from the perspective of a japanese customer.
2) The shipping cost is too high. Moreover, there are customs.
This way, even if I buy something from you at a low price, that same price becomes irreasonable, when the good arrives here in Japan.
Then again, I don't want a product that's damaged and whose shipping costs are so high.
If you can improve your service on these two points, I'll give it a second thought.
