SOBA shops are main product in Nagano prefecture Matsumoto city; however, our main product is "DYNAMO". It is a popular Western-style roll sushi that hidden in the menu which made by our chef who was active in Canada. It is not California roll nor BC roll. If need to define, soft-shell crab roll could be excellent to describe it. Even children loved it. The price is less than 100 yen per dish which is about half of the price in Tokyo city.
