長野県松本市といえば、お蕎麦屋さんなどが定番ですが我が家の定番は「ダイナモ」。カナダで活躍したシェフが作る洋風ロール寿司が隠れた人気のメニューです。カリフォルニアロールやBCロール、それに何と言ってもソフトシェルクラブロールが絶品で、子供達も喜んで食べます。一皿1000円以下で価格は都心の半額程度です。

The California roll, BC roll, and especially soft-shell crab roll are excellent, and children also enjoy eating them.
