I receive the news that the plush was sent but the number of tracking is too long for Japan post. I have a number of 17 characters while Japan post need a tracking number of 11 to 13 characters. Can you please correct it or send me the tracking number ? If I juste misunderstand how tracking works for Japan post, can you please send me the link for the tracking ?

プラッシュを発送していただいたそうですが、追跡番号が日本郵便のものにしては長すぎるのですが。手元に１７桁の追跡番号があるのですが、日本郵便の追跡番号は11～13桁です。これを訂正していただくか、（新たに）追跡番号を送っていただけませんか？もし、私が日本で追跡番号がどのように機能しているかわかっていないだけであれば、追跡番号のリンクを教えていただけませんか？
