これまでのアップデートもほとんどがバグの修正です
投稿内容からみるとまだresponsive designの対応もいまだに手をつけてないようです
優先順位をつけてアップデートするべきだと思いますが、この制作者はユーザーの声は全く受け付けないでしょう
まぁ、おそらくいつかアップデートすると約束しておいて購入者を増やす考えなのでしょう
あきらめるか返金処理で良いと思います

The updates until now were mostly correcting bugs.
Judging from the submission's contents, they still haven't dipped into any responsive design.
I think that the update should be done with this as a priority, but this producer doesn't accept any feedback from the users.
Well, I'm afraid they think of promising to do the update someday and increase the number of buyers.
I think giving up or starting the refund procedure would be good.
