日本語で「登録する」は「registrate」になると思いますが、この「登録する」が「記録する」とか「保存する」の意味で使う場合には、registrateではなく、recordやsaveを使うべきでしょうか？ それともregistrateでもこれらのニュアンスの意味を持っていますか？

registrateという言葉あまり使用されていないのですが、”登録する”といえば、普通にRegisterとなっています。もし、「記録する」とか「保存する」の意味で使うとなりましたら、Since there are no registered data, I cancelled the registration process.をSince there are no recorded /saved data, I cancelled the registration processにしてください。ただ、2番目の登録はRegistrationにしなければなりません。
