また、各注文ごとに毎回船荷証券を提出するということを了解しました。

では、以前に注文した商品に対しての船荷証券も提出したいと考えているのですが、
古い注文はどの期間までさかのぼって提出できますか？

今後船荷証券を提出する時は
注文をしてすぐに船荷証券をメールで送ればよいですか？
