注文をしてすぐに船荷証券をメールで送ればよいですか？

On that note, I am thinking of submitting a Bill of Landing for previously ordered merchandise as well. Would you know of to what period back in time am I able to submit Bill of Landings for?
Also, from now on, should I submit Bill of Landings through email as soon as an order is made?
