本日領事館において２回目の申請を行いましたが、申請が再度却下されました。その理由は、前回と全く同じで、「本書面には領事がA氏の目の前で確認した旨の記載があるが、これは事実と異なる」というものです。領事館で指摘されたのは添付書面でピンクに色づけした部分です。
もう一度本書面を修正する必要がありますが、本書面には英語訳がついていないので、我々はあなたに頼る他ない状況にあります。入念に内容を確認して頂きますようよろしくお願い致します。

I send a petition to the consulate today but it got rejected for the second time. The reason is the same as before - they said that the documents state that "the consul confirmed it in front of A", but it differs from the truth.
