This statue I don't have, but I have a lot of Bhaisajyaguru with medicine
vase.
Bhaisajyaguru that strengthens with both hands Suryaprabha and Candraprabha.
They always form a pair and strike a symmetrical pose towards Bhaisajyaguru.
The Bodhisattva represents the position during ascetic practice in order to attain enlightenment.
Suryaprabha is told to emit light like the sun and extinguish the distress of darkness, whereas Candraprabha is told to eradicate wordly desires with its tender loving heart like the light of the moon.

Though this statue does not have one, there are many Yakushi Nyorai statues which have a gallipot.
The Nikko Bosatsu and Gekko Bosatsu which sits on the both sides of the Yakushi Nyorai.
They are always in a pair and symmetrically pose toward Yakushi Nyorai.
Bosatsu indicates the condition that a person is under the errant in order to get spiritually enlightened.
Nikko Bosatus is believed to clear the darkness of agony by shining like a sun, and Gekko Bosatsu is believed to clear the evil desires with the benevolent heart like a light of the moon.
