自分でPHPのファイルを修正する形で構いません
permalinkに日本語を使うとTwitterなどでURLをシェアすると以下のような長いURLになってしまいます
Twitterは140文字しか打てないので大きなデメリットです
日本語だけでなくおそらくドイツ語やトルコ語、ベトナム語などでも同じような問題があると思います
あとはカテゴリページのタイトルにカテゴリ名を加えてほしいです
