2010年11月22日 月曜日、日本各地に10発のミサイルが落下した。『迂闊な月曜日』と呼ばれたこの事件は、奇跡的に1人の犠牲者も出なかったこともあり、人々は次第に危機意識を失っていった。それから3ヶ月後、11発目のミサイルが旅客機を直撃した。 その頃、大学卒業旅行でホワイトハウスを訪れていた森美 咲は、滝沢 朗と名乗る同い年の男性にトラブルを救われる。
