あなたは今回の問題を聞いていると思いますので、詳細な説明は省きたいと思います。今回の不具合品が届いた理由は、規定された仕様を忘れていたのが、そもそもの原因だと聞いています。我々はこのようなイージーミスを今後して欲しくないので、こちらから提案させて下さい。添付エクセルファイルを参照下さい。エクセル表には保証している全ての仕様が記載されています。出荷前に、貴社のQC部門が、この表に記載されている全てのスペック項目にチェックを入れて下さい。

You may have heard about this problem so we do not explain the detail again. We heard that the reason for this trouble that arriving troubled goods is you forgot the specification. We do not want you to do such easy mistake again so we would like to propose from us. Please see attached excel file. In the chart, there are all proven specifications. Before shipment, please check in all the spec items by your QC section.

because you heard this matter so I will omit the detailed explanation. The first cause was that forgot prescribeing specification, so the malfunction of product is touched. Because do not want you to met an small/ easy mistake in the future, we suggest that ….it from this place?. Please attach an Excel file. All specification guarantees were listed in this Excel file. Before shipment, let QC section (or division) of your company classify a check into all specification items listed in this file.

I think you have already known this-time problem,so I will omit detail explanation.The reason of reaching of the defective is ,assuming from my hearing,that your company forgot a spec provided.We do not want you to repeat this easy mistake,so please let us provide a plan.Please refer to attached excel file.The excel chart depict all spec guranteed.Before your shipment,check all spec shown in the chart by your QC section.
