I checked and learned that it took a while at customs and left Jersey City on November 14.
It would be quicker that you inquire USPS.
I will also ask Japan Post to track the delivery.
I will refund the payment if the package won't be delivered in a few days.

How about the selling price of ○○ per unit?
Generally it takes 1 or 2 weeks to deliver to NY.

I have checked the shipment status and found out that it has taken a long time for undergoing the customs’ processing. The item has departed from the Jersey City on Nov. 14.
I think it may be faster if you could inquire with the USPS whereabouts of the item.
I will also request the Japan post for the investigation.
If you cannot receive it in next few days, I will refund you the amount.
