Are you going off of customers' opinion? For example, for the item B004H3X1EI, if an English instruction manual is unavailable, is it considered as missing a piece? I clearly stated in the item description that the manual is available in Japanese only.
I buy brand new from the same vendor, so I cannot agree that there are some customers who are returning because there was "a lack of a part".

After sales, are price of items returned due to customer's damage covered by warranty?
