また、欠陥があるとして販売不可となっている商品の欠陥の理由が知りたい。
客の判断に任せていますか?例えば(B004H3X1EI)の商品の場合、英語の説明書がないだけで欠陥となりますか?私は出品時にコメント欄に日本語の説明書しかない旨を記載しています。
同じ仕入先から新品で仕入れているので、一部の客だけから欠陥があるという理由で返品されることに納得できない。
販売後、カスタマーダメージで返品された商品の代金は保証されますか?
