I will resend the same email I sent before...
As in past seasons, the only samples I will consider allowing to be returned are those that never even made it to the line sheet.  For the styles that were on the line sheet and part of the sales campaign, you are not allowed to return. 
If there are any samples that we cancelled before sales started, I am happy to allow you to return those.

以前そちらに送りましたものと同じメールを再送します。
過去のシーズン同様、返品を考慮するのはラインシートに記載されなかったサンプルだけです。ラインシートに書かれ、販売キャンペーンに使用されたスタイルについては、返品は認められません。
販売が開始される前に弊社がキャンセルしたサンプルがありましたら、それらについては返品を認めさせていただきます。
