Thank you for contacting me. It is very kind of you to inform me about this. If that is Ok with you, then I would like to decline your evaluation. I have been proud of being a seller in Japan and supplying Japanese products. However, upon receiving your feedback and realizing that the product was not in your satisfaction, I started rethinking about the products. In future, I will be focusing on selling a product with sufficient safety standard. I appreciate your generosity. I hope we will meet again in future. I wish you a good day.

Thank you for your response. If I may make use of your generosity, I would like not to receive any evaluation toward me. I have been selling Japanese products as a proud seller from Japan. However, I have to reconsider my position because our service didn't satisfy you. I would like to make sure to sell safe products from now on. I greatly appreciate your generous consideration.
