The delivery company contacted us and said as follows.
- They deliverd the shipment on Oct.5th, but took it back to their offce because you're not home.
- It seems your phone number we have here is not correct.Please give us the number we can reach you in Japan.
- Could you do double check the address below? Please let us make sure.
We're sorry for any trouble during your busy time, but appreciate if you get back to us soon.
We'll contact the delivery company as soon as we hear from you.

I am sending this email since I have received below notification from fowarding company.
We have delivered to Mr xxxx's place as of 5/Oct however none is available at that place.
It seems like Mr xxxx sent wrong telephone number, please send us Mr xxxx's telephone number in Japan.
Please confrim below address is correct, this is for double check.
I would appreicated your quick respone.
Once I have received your reply, I will notity to forwarder.
