It was the product purchased last June 8.
The customer informed us that the 3 heads which is appearing
in the URL below are no longer working.
The other 3 heads are working normally.
According to the report, there were no changes in the status despite pushing the emergency button.
Please send the 3 heads to the following address.
It is still under the one year warranty period.

Here is a product I bought on June 8th.
As you can see from the URL below, our customer reported us that three heads stopped moving.
According to him, other three heads are normally activating.
He also said that the condition doesn't change even if he pushed the emergency button.
Please kindly send three heads in the image to following address.
This is a failure that annual coverage is still available.
