お送りしたカメラレンズのフロントとリアのキャップがなかったとの事でございますが、
私が発送した時はフロントキャップもリアキャップも付けてありました。
何度も確認して梱包をしているので、間違いないはずです。

また、輸送中のトラブルも考えられます。
私は箱の上から包装紙で包んでお送りしましたが、
梱包していた箱や外装紙には異変はなかったでしょうか？
