全部で7パッケージですが6パッケージしか届きませんでした
コマーシャルインボイスと違う数の6パッケージしかなかったので税関で止まってしまいましたが、FEDEXに相談して先に6パッケージだけ届けてもらいました。現在FEDEXが探していますが見つかってません
届いてない荷物はそちらの倉庫に残っていませんか？
紛失の場合は保険が適用されると思いますが私は何が必要ですか？

Out of the package with the tracking number ##, one has not arrived.
(Delivery notification)
I ordered seven packages, but only six arrived.
They were withheld at customs since I only had six packages different from commercial invoice, but I discussed with FedEx and had them deliver the six packages. FedEx is now tracking the remaining, but it has not been found yet.
Is the undelivered package still in your storage?
In the case of a lost package, I believe the insurance covers the loss, but what should I prepare?
