トラッキング番号●●の荷物の中で1つの荷物が届いてません

全部で7パッケージですが6パッケージしか届きませんでした

コマーシャルインボイスと違う数の6パッケージしかなかったので税関で止まってしまいましたが、FEDEXに相談して先に6パッケージだけ届けてもらいました。現在FEDEXが探していますが見つかってません

届いてない荷物はそちらの倉庫に残っていませんか？

紛失の場合は保険が適用されると思いますが私は何が必要ですか？

There was one package in the package with tracking number ● ● that did not arrive

Only 6 packages out of the 7 packages arrived

It was held by customs since the commercial invoice has a different number with the 6 packages, however, I contacted FEDEX and they only delivered the 6 packages first. FEDEX is currently searching but have yet to find it

Do you have any of the undelivered package left in the warehouse there?

I think that insurance would cover it in case of a loss, but what do I need?

I am looking forward for a quick response.
