DHLヤマトに連絡をしたところ著作権の問題で止まっているようです。
私は該当商品を破棄してすぐこちらに送るよう頼んだのですが、NYヤマトから購入店からの連絡も欲しいと言われました。
連絡が無いと絶対送らないと言われています。
大変お手数ですが、もう1ヶ月も商品を受け取れず困っているので連絡していただけないでしょうか?

This item is currently being held by Japanese customs.
I contacted DHL Yamato and was told it was held due to a copyright issue.
I asked them to send it here, but I was told they wanted to hear from NY Yamato and the store it was purchased from.
They said they will absolutely not send it without hearing from them first.

These items are currently held at the customs’ house in Japan.
I inquired to the DHL Yamato, and they told me that it has been held because of the copy right issue.
I requested them to pick up the item while disposing the item concerned, but Yamato New York requested us to let the seller of the item getting in touch to them.
They have been telling me that they would not work out for releasing the item if there was no contact from the seller.
I am sorry for taking up your time, but would you please get in touch with them since I was in trouble for not receiving the items?
