I called the factory and they said this address was already set up in the system with the following business name (pasted below). This particular supplier can only ship to a business address and since the original order did not have a business name for that freight forwarder, they just used the name that was already in the system. It appears to be the exact same physical address. You might check with the freight forwarder and see if they have the package and perhaps set it aside under a different account name?

こちらから工場の方に商品（企業名）をご注文に記載された住所に直送するよう依頼したようです。

私が工場に電話しますと、この住所は企業名（以下に張りつけてあります）と共にすでにシステムの中に入っていたとのことでした。この特定の納入業者は企業の住所にのみ配送いたします。元のご注文にその運送会社用の企業名がございませんでしたのでシステムの中にすでに入っている名前を利用しました。実際の住所と全く同じ住所だと思われます。運送会社の方に小包があるかどうか確認してみてください。おそらく別の名義で保留してあるのではないでしょうか。
